As the Demand Planning expert in the business, you will have the autonomy to lead this function and be instrumental in designing and delivering the best possible Demand function, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless operations. You will be leading a team of 3 to deliver accurate business demand forecasts, enhancing accuracy and delivering superior service to customers. There will be lots of cross-functional work internally too with sales, marketing and supply chain to drive operational efficiency and meet customer expectations.

You will be an exceptional people manager with outstanding interpersonal skills. Proven experience in demand planning and team leadership will set you up for success from day one, as will strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
