About The Role:
Our client, a highly esteemed architectural practice known across the UK for its distinguished, high-profile projects, that adopt a sustainable and sensitive approach to cultural designs are looking for a talented Associate Architect to join their team in Manchester.
Working on a variety of prestigious cultural projects alongside a supportive and friendly team, you will be responsible for delivering diverse projects through design and technical stages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, client liaison experience and have a proven track record of delivering projects, ideally within cultural, heritage, or conservation architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various aspects of each project, collaborating closely with the directors to ensure comprehensive project management and design delivery
- Lead technical and construction packages through Revit whilst managing and mentoring a team
- Collaborate with the team to drive artistic innovation and strike a harmonious balance between design and technical stages
- Leading projects through UK building and planning regulations
- Client interaction and coordinating with key stakeholders and external consultants
- Budgeting and project forecasting
Key Skills/Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with at least 9 years of professional practice in the UK
- Proficiency in Revit / BIM is required for the role
- Demonstrated experience across all RIBA stages
- Experience in the preservation of listed or cultural buildings is highly beneficial to the role but not necessary
- Proven expertise in project delivery and management
- Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations and planning is essential
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Exceptional client-facing liaison skills are essential for the role
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong commercial awareness
