Arthur are working with a leading Lloyds MGA who are seeking a Conduct Risk Specialist to join their Conduct and Complaints function. This role reports into the Head of Conduct and Complaints, and is based in London on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office).

Experience/background:

  • Previous experience working within Complaints (ideally within Lloyds)
  • 2+ years experience within a Conduct Risk role (insurance is essential)
  • Good understanding of consumer duty and product governance (PROD 4)
  • Lloyds/London Market is of preference, but open to wider insurance
