My client, a leading Fortune 500 - Global FMCG, is now looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial) to join their legal team on a 12 month FTC, to be based in Central London. Reporting into the GC and working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, this will be a broad and business facing role and your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supply agreements and distribution agreements
- Advising on sales, marketing and packaging matters
- Supporting the business on product claims and other areas of law on an ad hoc basis including competition, IT and advertising.
The successful applicant will likely have 10+ PQE as a general commercial lawyer with experience working with a brand rich organisation/FMCG desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Fortune 500 - Global FMCG working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
