Forward Role are working with one of the most exciting athleisure brands on the market right now to recruit a Senior Brand Manager. They are a cutting edge, fashion forward brand that covers fashion, sport and outdoor wear. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence in the marketplace. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can identify consumer needs and position products and campaigns to serve them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks.
- Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale).
- Monitor marketing trends and analyse competitive products in the marketplace.
- Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning.
- Serve as the key marketing point of contact for cross-functional teams.
- Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product flows.
- Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team.
- Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within the established frameworks.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, including advertising, market research, consumer behaviour, and marketing analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working for a sports or clothing brand is preferred.
- Self-motivated, positive, and a problem-solver.
- Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
