SP Executive Search is working with a fast-growing premium retail brand to find an experienced and commercially minded Store Manager for their Oxford location. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a customer-centric, quality-led environment and wants to be part of a business with ambitious growth plans.
This store is well-established, with a loyal customer base and a passionate team already in place. You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring a consistent brand experience. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing your team to deliver high standards of service, product quality, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the store team, creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, and high performance
- Full P&L responsibility, including stock, labour, and local marketing initiatives
- Uphold brand standards across customer experience, product presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to drive footfall, repeat business, and local partnerships
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality-led, high-service retail or F&B environment
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
