Your new role
To ensure both profitability and proper resource allocation, focus on delivering high-quality and efficient work on your individual tasks. Foster strong relationships with existing clients and referrers by surpassing their service expectations, and assisting partners in managing and developing larger key clients when necessary. Clearly define the services provided to clients to establish a transparent basis for fees and pricing. Build a reputation as a recognised expert in banking and finance.
Offer ideas to the Corporate and Banking & Finance business plans and showcase new business success from your business development efforts. Broaden your network of clients and referrers, aiding partners in targeting potential clients, intermediaries, and contacts to create a pipeline of new business opportunities. Support the management of Corporate and Banking & Finance sector groups and cross-functional projects and initiatives, taking on specific responsibilities and accountability.
Gain a thorough understanding of the Corporate and Banking & Finance sector group KPIs and performance, and recognise your personal contributions to these objectives. Stay updated on changes in the legal sector or your practice area, contributing ideas to the Corporate Business Unit and Banking & Finance sector group strategies, including product and service lines, and take charge of driving parts of those strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Solicitor 6+ PQE.
