About the Role:

- Category Management & Risk Mitigation: Advance procurement strategies aligned with market trends, sustainability, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a world-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.
- Monitor and mitigate third-party risks in collaboration with the Procurement Performance Lead.
- Drive procurement transformation initiatives, inspiring teams and stakeholders.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers to unlock value through continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supplier management programs or senior supply chain management roles within complex, global organizations.
- Proven expertise in negotiating and managing complex supplier agreements.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MCIPS or project management qualifications preferred.
