Our client is a Sheffield-based biotechnology company seeking an experienced and motivated Life Sciences operational leader with exceptional program management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing biotechnology company that is developing a range of first-in-class therapies.
The Operations & Program Manager will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle program and project management of R&D projects, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. This individual will be closely collaborating with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners across all business units.
Must Haves
- A Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field (desirable).
- Proven experience in project/program/operational management within the biotechnology industry.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working in a smaller Life Sciences company or biotechnology environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Sheffield twice per week.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Location
Primarily based in Sheffield, with regular travel to other sites and remote locations as required.
Remuneration/Package
