As both a powerful sales and design tool, it enables users to create interactive floor plans, visualize upgrades in real time, and guide clients through selections with ease. Behind the scenes, its robust backend integrates with CRMs, ERPs, and project management systems to automate workflows, manage data, and ensure seamless communication from initial concept through construction.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and booking meetings with potential clients within the construction industry, with a primary focus on the UK Market. This is a part-time, work from home role.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry associations. Reach out to decision-makers and key stakeholders in construction companies to introduce our software solutions and identify their needs and pain points. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to maximize sales growth.
