Real Estate – Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) Southampton (Hybrid working available) £Leading Regional Firm with a Top-Tier Real Estate Practice A well-regarded and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its expanding Real Estate team based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist construction practice working on complex, high-value matters across the UK for a wide range of commercial, institutional and private clients. You will play a key part in advising clients on the full spectrum of non-contentious construction matters, including: * Drafting and negotiating building contracts * Advising on development agreements and the construction elements of real estate and corporate transactions * Supporting real estate finance matters with tailored construction input * Collaborating on national and regional infrastructure and development projects across multiple sectors * Providing pragmatic, commercially minded advice throughout a project\’s lifecycle You\’ll become part of a dedicated Construction team within a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate practice. The team is involved in a broad spectrum of major construction projects, spanning commercial, residential, industrial, charitable, and infrastructure sectors. Based in the Southampton office, you will work closely with experienced Partners locally, while also collaborating with Partners in the firm\’s City of London office.
