Claytex Services,a TECHNIA Company , is seeking for a Senior Marketing Executive ??? to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis based in Milton Keynes with regular visits to Leamington Spa ,and in return, you will receive a competitive salary . Location: Hybrid (Remote with twice weekly office days in Milton Keynes and regular visits to Leamington Spa office). Who are we? The Senior Marketing Executive role: This role will focus on supporting the Claytex business area, driving awareness, demand, and customer growth. This role will collaborate with the broader marketing team while delivering tailored campaigns, content, and strategies to meet the unique needs of the Claytex offering. Your key responsibilities will include: Campaign Development & Execution Design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns including demand generation, email marketing, and social media initiatives to drive engagement and growth. Develop and manage campaign frameworks from the ground up, leveraging TECHNIA best practices where relevant. Coordinate and produce technical content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, working closely with subject matter experts. Email Marketing Expand and structure the email marketing function, moving beyond occasional newsletters to implement regular, strategic email campaigns. Craft accurate, engaging communications that resonate with a highly technical audience, ensuring content is precise and compliant with industry standards. Social Media Marketing Establish a consistent social media presence by creating and managing a structured content calendar. Collaborate with technical stakeholders to source, validate, and share relevant content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging. Content Development Work closely with subject matter experts to create high-quality, technical content that meets industry standards. Shape and structure content for clarity and engagement, while maintaining factual accuracy and compliance. Event Marketing Plan and promote events, webinars, and conferences to showcase Claytexs expertise and drive lead generation. Manage end-to-end event marketing processes, including pre-event promotion, lead capture, consent management, and post-event follow-up. Secure internal buy-in from technical and sales teams for event participation and content contributions. Customer & Industry Engagement Build relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and key publications to enhance Claytexs reputation and reach. Develop and execute customer retention and growth campaigns, highlighting the value of Claytexs solutions. Performance & Reporting Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics such as lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI. What are we looking for? Ideally, youll have: Marketing experience within technical or software industries. Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and create compelling, audience-specific content. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, social media management platforms). Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a start-up-style environment, building processes from the ground up, while leveraging support from a wider organisation.
