In 2025, we\’re launching a Regulatory Change Management platform to transform how organizations manage compliance and attestation. Weβre hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused 100% on outbound sales efforts. Your mission: create high-quality meetings with C-level decision-makers at Tier 2 and Tier 3 banks for our Senior Sales Leader. You won\’t qualify leads, run discovery calls, or give demos – your role is to target the right personas, craft compelling outreach, open doors, and accelerate the early stage of the sales cycle. You\’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing to create persona-driven content that drives engagement, eliminates friction, and shortens deal cycles. In our hybrid work environment, we offer the flexibility to work virtually when productive, while providing vibrant, in-person collaboration opportunities to inspire growth and engagement. Proactively schedule calls and meetings with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, Own outbound prospecting into Tier 2 and Tier 3 banks, targeting C-level and senior compliance, risk, and technology executives. Book qualified introductory meetings for the Senior Sales Leader β no pre-discovery calls or demos conducted by SDRs. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create persona-driven outreach and content to drive demand. Support follow-up actions to enable pipeline progression and drive client engagement. Shadow and/or own calls with the aligned Senior Sales Leader to gain real-time experience and feedback. Maintain accurate tracking of prospecting activities and engagement in CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Contribute to eliminating steps in the early sales process to drive higher conversion rates and shorten sales cycles. 1β3 years of experience in a pure outbound SDR/BDR role or relevant work/internship in sales or customer service. ~ Advanced computer literacy and internet research skills. ~ Strong communication, writing, problem-solving, and time management skills. ~ Collaborative mindset – able to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. ~ Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales tech: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience in the financial services industry (particularly in compliance, risk, or technology). Prospecting, senior-level communication, collaboration with sales/marketing, outbound campaign building. Highly collaborative – thrives working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong relationship builder who is skilled in overcoming objections and negotiating early commercial conversations.
