As a Procurement and Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Global Head of Procurement to manage the day-to-day supply, fulfilment and supply chain responsibilities for both client ranges and private label products. You will also play a key role in the agile team, helping to launch new products to market with the support of our trusted and growing supplier base. You will work with internal departments and external partners to ensure operations run smoothly, ethically and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source raw materials, packaging and services
  • Support supplier management and product execution
  • Coordinate new product development with supplier and manufacturing partners
  • Participate in supplier performance improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal pricing and terms
  • Bring innovation to operational challenges and continuously improve purchasing processes
  • Participate in sales meetings to forecast and manage costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on sustainability and waste reduction initiatives
  • Support local sourcing to reduce food miles

What we are looking for

Essential:

  • Supply chain experience in the FMCG or fast food industry
  • University degree (or equivalent level 6)

Preferred:

  • Experience in food production and packaging
  • Experience in multi-functional projects
  • Knowledge of supply chain and commercial feasibility
  • Experience in negotiation and supplier management
  • A project management qualification is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong business and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Adaptable and self-motivated team player
  • Ability to travel locally (valid driver's license required)
