I'm currently partnering with a fast-paced, creative agency to find an Administrative Project Manager who’s equally comfortable handling daily operations as they are supporting major projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who’s looking to step further into project management. You’ll be a key support to the Senior Project Manager while also playing a hands-on role in project delivery.

The Role: A blend of admin excellence and project coordination, your day-to-day will include:
Administration:
- Managing schedules, inboxes, meetings, and internal processes
- Handling correspondence, documentation, and basic finance tasks
- Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records, files and systems
Project Involvement:
- Supporting and occasionally leading on small to mid-size projects
- Creating and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborating across departments to keep projects on track
- Preparing reports and updates for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in an administrative role
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting or managing projects
- Confident with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with budgeting, finance tracking or CRM systems
- A genuine desire to grow into a full project management role
