Head of Fund Management (Private Credit)

One Ten Associates is partnering with a leading investment firm in hiring an experienced professional to lead its fund management function within its Private Credit team in London. With a long-established reputation and presence internationally, the firm specialises in the broad spectrum of private credit and offers a wide range of investment vehicles spanning performing and non-performing strategies.

This role, will oversee fund and portfolio management activities, coordinating across investment, finance, operations, risk, and investor relations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing portfolio allocations and capital deployment strategies
• Monitoring portfolio composition, risk, and funding optimisation
• Leading governance frameworks and cross-trade coordination
• Managing investor reporting, data schedules, and due diligence responses
• Supporting on-boarding and compliance processes
• Driving improvements in data and technology platforms

Skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in credit fund management
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, governance, and structured investment vehicles
• Strong analytical skills and leadership experience
• Data-driven, innovative mindset—particularly around tools like Power BI and CreditWatch – are essential.
