We’re looking for a Planner with advanced MS Project skills to take the lead in planning and scheduling across multi-disciplinary engineering projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. You'll play a pivotal role in driving project timelines, resource planning, and risk management—ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and update detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project (advanced level essential)
  • Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and clients to define deliverables and timelines
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead planning workshops and provide regular project reports
  • Support tender and bid processes with fully resourced programmes
  • Mentor junior planners and collaborate across teams to ensure planning consistency

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in planning/scheduling in engineering or manufacturing
  • Advanced knowledge and proven experience using MS Project
  • Experience with Primavera P6 desirable
  • Able to read technical drawings and manage planning for multiple projects
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Engineering or Project Management preferred
