About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Compliance Project Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team based in West London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a range of compliance and operational initiatives across an international business. You will play a leading role in compliance project delivery, ensuring systems, vendors, and policy frameworks are fit-for-purpose and well managed. You'll also be involved in controls, assurance, and policy/procedural updates, working closely with both UK and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compliance-related projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to implementation and review.
- Oversee compliance systems management, vendor relationships, and project reporting.
- Support operational excellence through strong controls, assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and global standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to manage and deliver international compliance and operational projects.
- Track progress, manage budgets and risks, and ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and compliance standards.
About You
- Proven track record of leading and owning projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, systems, and operational controls.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system implementations.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously.
- Must live within a 30-minute commute of West London β this is an on-site role (5 days per week).
