Norman Broadbent plc (AIM: NBB) today is the resurgence of an established heritage brand, working with international clients on senior level permanent and interim executive hires, as well as bespoke intelligence and leadership consulting projects. We are seeking a graduate to join our Research & Insights team, based in our Knutsford office.

In this role, you will:

  • Receive extensive training and support from an expert team.
  • Shape search strategies and objectives through in-depth market research.
  • Identify and engage top talent using creative sourcing methods.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and recommend qualified candidates to our Partners.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality reports and insights.
  • Share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and ensure best practices across projects.
