About the Company: Alpine Fire Engineers are a market leading nationwide mechanical fire suppression specialist, providing design, project management, and maintenance services. We are proud of our technical expertise, collaboration, and value engineering.

About the Role: We have Service Engineers located nationwide and are looking for talented people to join our ever-growing team. Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out on-site service checks for new and live contracts in line with company procedures, ensuring a client-focused approach at all times.
  • Ensuring all check sheets and logs are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Highlighting immediately any major issues which may arise or anything that requires urgent attention.
  • Completing company documentation and forwarding to the office for processing of parts orders, planning re-visits to site, and filing paperwork.
  • Being responsible for having customers sign off work via worksheets.
  • Carrying out site visits for clients and providing detailed information to the Service Manager for quotes to be produced and discussed with the client.
  • Attending site visits in line with client requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in commercial sprinkler systems
  • Good health and safety knowledge
  • Basic IT skills
  • Collaborative, flexible, and a great communicator
  • Full Driving License
