Head of Performance Media / Integrated agency / Hybrid London office.
About the role
- Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies.
- Define the agency’s digital growth roadmap.
- Full responsibility to scale a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients and implement best digital practices.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, social strategy, and client services to deliver integrated data-backed campaigns.
About you
- Proven experience in digital marketing (likely 8+ years and leadership experience).
- Worked in the EMEA region with agency-side experience.
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage large budgets with ROI accountability.
