About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join our team in Chesham. This is a mobile role requiring regular travel to customer sites, focused on the maintenance and repair of transport refrigeration units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units on vans, trucks, and trailers
- Work with a range of systems including Thermo King units
- Carry out regular servicing to ensure equipment runs efficiently
- Maintain detailed service records and reports
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and F-Gas requirements
- Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when necessary
- Represent the company professionally at customer locations
