NovNat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the CEO in developing and executing commercial strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and leading initiatives that drive growth and innovation. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate leads, build compelling business cases, and translate market insights into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to design, refine, and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with NovNat's vision and objectives.
- Market Research: Lead market analysis efforts to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, ensuring NovNat remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Business Case Development: Construct persuasive business cases supported by data-driven insights to secure buy-in from stakeholders and drive key initiatives forward.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry leaders to foster collaboration and align objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated success in lead generation and market analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software (preferred).
- Previous experience in a startup environment (preferred).
