Job Summary: The Recruitment Administrator will support the HR department in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, recruitment experience and a passion for human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview details.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Working Hours: 22.5 Monday to Friday. Hybrid Working. (3 days on site)
