A newly created FP&A Analyst role in a collaborative and creative finance team, offering strategic exposure and career development in a growing hospitality business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed Commercial Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful analysis and reporting that drives strategic decisions across the business.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Our client is a well-established hospitality group with a strong presence across the UK. They are known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and a people-first culture.
This is a broad and varied FP&A Analyst role offering exposure across the business:
- Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis
- Producing KPI reports and monthly performance decks
- Building analytical tools to support decision-making
You’ll be a key part of the Commercial Finance team, helping to shape financial strategy:
- Analyse trading performance and identify trends
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and project support
- Liaise with the Management Accounts team to ensure smooth month-end processes
