PubX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Account Manager with 2+ years of experience within a TAM role to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our digital publishing partners, ensuring they achieve their commercial goals. You will work closely with publishers to understand their business needs, providing a first point of call for QA, resolutions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new clients. Owning the onboarding process of new clients which includes configuring page and GAM setup. Ensuring client support, satisfaction and positive performance.
- Business Development: Developing a strong understanding of the Pubx Tech. Proactively identifying opportunities of growth across a vast portfolio of newly onboarded and existing clients. Collaborating with the Engineering, Commercial, and Data Science teams to drive performance and success across your portfolio. Proactively suggesting improvements that will drive value for our customers.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying issues in the implementation of publishers. Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues. Taking proactive steps to drive performance across clients.
- Team wide initiative: Help define ways to improve efficiency within the team. Leading projects within the TAM team to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in technical account management, sales within the digital publishing or digital advertising industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital publishing, online advertising, and programmatic revenue models. Deep experience with industry tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions (preferably Prebid), and analytics platforms (on the SSP or Publisher side preferably).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Proficient in data analysis and on-page troubleshooting. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Ability to use developer/bespoke tools to identify issues on publisher sites.
