We’re on the lookout for a talented Marketing Executive to join a hardworking, fun and nurturing marketing team based in Cheltenham, where you’ll play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills across digital, print and events marketing, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team that thrives on sharing ideas and celebrating success together.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident in driving and updating marketing plans and budgets in line with sector strategies. You’ll be able to create compelling campaigns, from live business events to targeted digital advertising and sponsorships, and manage website and social media content with engaging, up-to-date posts. Comfortable with data, you’ll handle everything from analytics and reporting to maintaining clean, GDPR-compliant contact databases. You’ll also track new business leads and identify networking opportunities to support your teams in raising their profiles.
Strong supplier management is key, as you’ll be liaising with external partners, including designers, video producers, and digital agencies.
- A degree and/or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong experience in end-to-end campaign delivery, with a track record of successful implementation
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and manage large datasets
- Proficiency in updating websites via content management systems, as well as using email marketing and social media scheduling platforms
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) considered an advantage
- Flexibility to occasionally support early morning or evening events as required
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
