Are you a creative and technically skilled food & drink NPD professional with a passion for flavour innovation? We’re seeking a Senior Applications Technologist to lead the development and application of sweet and beverage flavours, driving product excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Develop products for the application of sweet and beverage flavours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Create innovative food and drink formulations for flavours to be evaluated internally and also proactively presented to customers.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in flavour applications or NPD within the sweet and beverage categories.
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills and a keen palate.
- The ability to translate market insights into innovative concepts.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
