Were seeking an experienced Technical Survey and Design Lead to join our team and lead the technical design and specification of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations across residential and commercial properties. ?? Your Role: As the Technical Survey and Design Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering energy-efficient heating solutions by: Conducting detailed on-site and remote technical surveys of properties Designing bespoke ASHP systems tailored to each propertys heating and hot water demands Leading the development of MCS-compliant heat pump designs, schematics, and specifications Collaborating with installation teams, project managers, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery Supporting quality assurance, compliance checks, and continual improvement of design processes ? What Youll Need: Proven experience in designing and surveying Air Source Heat Pump systems Strong knowledge of MCS standards, SAP calculations, and building services Excellent understanding of domestic and light commercial heating systems Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Heat Engineer Software, or similar Strong communication and leadership skills Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Plumbing/Heating Engineering, BPEC, NICEIC ASHP certification) ??
