VAT Senior / Supervisor / Tax Accountant (hybrid)

Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering this thriving Practice in Coventry to recruit a VAT Senior / Supervisor (HYBRID, FLEXI HOURS, EARLY FRIDAY FINISH!)
The Practice:
This practice employs over 100 staff and has offices in Leamington, Coventry & Birmingham. They are still growing and need to expand the VAT team by appointing a new VAT Senior or VAT Supervisor. (The role will be tailored to suit the individual)
The Role:

• Act as the primary contact or clients, providing VAT solutions & pro-active planning
• Support clients with advice on land, property and international VAT issues
• Offer high-level technical support and collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver VAT solutions
• Manage and review VAT advisory projects, handle VAT enquiries, deliver transaction tax assignments
• Supervise and mentor junior team members including reviewing their work and providing training

What are they looking for?

• Experience in delivering VAT advisory projects
• Proven track record in VAT planning, handling VAT enquiries and working in an Indirect Tax specialist role
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in client management and relationship building
