Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading residential developers, are looking to recruit an office manager / PA to join their team in Buckinghamshire. Your duties – Based at our client’s project office, your duties will include providing secretarial and administrative support for 4 Directors and their teams. You will also prepare all necessary documentation for upcoming meetings, including printing, photocopying, scanning and binding. Other duties will include answering and announcing telephone calls to the office, diary coordination of team members and booking of internal and external meetings. You will also carry out reception duties when necessary, meeting and greeting guests, maintaining the filing system and archive accordingly and general data entry. The candidate – Our client is looking for a team player, as you will be supporting a team of up to 20 staff. Ideally you will have proven experience in the construction sector (although not essential) be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also be self-motivated, have solid organisational skills along with excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, and Internet. Please note the working hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday and this position will be based full time in the office. On offer – Basic salary to £36k Pension scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays
