The Company Our client are a privately owned main contractor based in Hertfordshire, with a current annual turnover in the region of £20 million and growing. Theyoperate across London and the South-East within the Education, Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors for both private and public clients, priding themselves on their expertise and delivery of quality end products. The Role Due to business growth they are looking to recruit for a construction sector experienced Bid Writer to work within the Preconstruction department, initially as a stand alone role that reports into Director level. Construction sector experience is essential ideally with a main contractor including knowledge of frameworks, strong presentation and creativity skills are also required.
