This role is for someone who has experience in delivery, analysis or management of change and or experience in ‘Broker Digital Trading’. If you have that experience, this is the opportunity for you!

A bit about the job:

Within the Aviva SME Commercial Digital Design and Change Team as a Digital Product Owner you will be responsible for developing our digital products, that the SME business offers to the market.

You will provide insight and influence over our digital ambitions, find opportunities to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency and optimise the performance of the products. You will be responsible for the implementation of change to the products, working collaboratively with wider Aviva teams.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering change and associated business outcomes.
  • Experience in changing systems, products and processes, for the benefit of its user and the end customer.
  • Business Analysis skills to interpret business needs into change requirements.
  • Experience or knowledge of working in the field of Broker ‘Electronic Trading’ would be an asset.
  • Underwriting experience of Commercial Business Insurance is beneficial but not essential.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary between £38,000 – £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
