Seeking skilled and passionate Head Gardener to lead horticultural and land management operations on an exceptionally beautiful and diverse 35-acre estate. Tasks encompass management and maintenance of gardens and borders, conservation and habitat management on SSSI, wildflower meadows, woodlands, hedge cutting, tree care, operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an experienced, proactive, knowledgeable, highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and physical fitness.
Qualifications, such as horticulture, chainsaw certification, and First Aid at Work are a plus, but can be obtained during the course of employment. A full UK driving licence is required.
