Seeking skilled and passionate Head Gardener to lead horticultural & land management operations on an exceptionally beautiful & diverse 35-acre estate. Tasks encompass management & maintenance of gardens & borders, conservation & habitat management on SSSI, wildflower meadows, woodlands, hedge cutting, tree care, operation & maintenance of machinery & equipment.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an experienced, proactive, knowledgeable, highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and physical fitness.
Qualifications, eg horticulture, chainsaw certification, First Aid at Work are a plus, but can be obtained during the course of employment. Full UK driving licence.
