We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join a welcoming and respectful private household in South Kensington, providing personal and business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Travel Management
- Complex calendar coordination across multiple time zones
- Booking and managing personal and business travel: flights, hotels, transport, itineraries
- Monitoring payments, invoices, and household expenditure
- Managing correspondence (calls, emails, post)
- Admin support across the Principal’s professional life
- Booking restaurants, events, hotels, and experiences
- Organising medical appointments for the family and managing insurance claims
- Coordinating pet care (vet, dog walker, grooming)
- Managing insurance renewals (home, medical, car, travel)
- General administrative and household support
- Handling returns, dry cleaning, gift buying, couriers
