We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and talented Restaurant and Bar Manager for a luxury country house hotel in North Wales. As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will form part of the hotel's small management team of 4 serving the hotel's guests across the restaurant and bar area.

Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris, this 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list. The hotel is part of a luxury hotel collection founded in 2016. A proudly Welsh hospitality business with stunning destination locations all with their own unique charm.
