This role acts as a critical connector between where our clients are today and where they aspire to be. You’ll play a key role in delivering value—not just through execution, but by evolving our delivery model, embedding innovation, and scaling a consulting capability built for a data- and AI-driven future. You’ll guide clients in applying Data & AI effectively and responsibly, translating potential into measurable improvements in operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Delivery Leadership
    • Lead strategic, high-impact engagements focused on business outcomes and long-term value.
    • Drive account growth through delivery excellence, cross-sell opportunities, and trusted client partnerships.
    • Serve as an executive sponsor and thought partner, shaping clients’ data and AI agendas.
    • Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and scalable, high-quality outcomes.
    • Help clients move beyond AI hype to practical, high-impact execution.
  • Strategic Growth & Positioning
    • Shape the delivery strategy to support growth, differentiation, and scale.
    • Partner with business development and marketing to co-create propositions that drive business impact through AI.
    • Champion delivery-led growth within priority accounts.
    • Identify strategic opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue across sectors.
  • Innovation, Productisation & Future Readiness
    • Build a future-focused delivery roadmap aligned to AI, automation, and real-time decisioning.
    • Promote a product mindset within the team, developing reusable assets and accelerators that combine data, technology, and human insight.
    • Ensure the responsible and effective use of AI in all aspects of delivery.
    • Support experimentation with generative AI, automation tools, and intelligent decision platforms.

    • Develop a high-performing consulting team with commercial acumen and strategic delivery skills.
    • Mentor and grow the next generation of delivery leaders.
