Are you an accomplished IT Operations Manager looking to test your skills in a large scale environment? Would you like to work with the autonomy to play an integral part of successful IT operations and services from initiation to completion?
You have the opportunity to join a prestigious and highly recognised Scottish business with a Glasgow HQ working to service public, private and third sector organisations. Within this position you will oversee service management/delivery processes while working on day-to-day delivery of all operations IT services while complying with relevant regulations and standards.
You will be immersed in a progressive and entrepreneurial working environment allowing you to achieve success in this position while working collaboratively with likeminded talented team members. The role will give you key responsibility in areas such as documentation, budget control and employee engagement.
In order to be successful in this position, applicants should have previous experience working in a similar position, ITIL foundation level knowledge and IT Security and Disaster Recovery control frameworks.
