Teaching Personnel is working with a secondary school located on the outskirts of West Northamptonshire and we are currently recruiting for individuals to fill Cover Supervisor roles. You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful, just up to date and relevant experience working with young people. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education. This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. This is a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where planning will always be in place. Responsibilities: Working across a range of different year groups and departments Managing the behaviour of students Supervising pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers Requirements of the Candidate: Recent and relevant experience working with young people, this can be in an educational, coaching or care setting Degree educated Be passionate and committed to working with children in education Have strong behaviour management skills Be an effective communicator and have strong interpersonal skills Be punctual, flexible and reliable This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to develop their experience of working within a school environment or may wish to complete teacher training in the future.
