JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer SALARY: £36 – £40k dependent on skills/experience private health care, pension, + van/fuel card + overtime, LOCATION: Birmingham + surrounding JOB INFORMATION -HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for commercial commercial sites and residentail apartments (communal areas only), care homes, offices etc. As a Air conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV’s, VRF’s, Splits etc. Covering in and around the West Midlands you would be responsible for carrying out air conditioning service and maintenance Overtime is available and plentiful. 1 in 5 callout with standby allowance and min of 4 or 8 hours paid at OT rates COMPANY INFORMATION – HVAC engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer Reputable company with close working relationships with high profile clients meaning long term contracts and job security.
