Job Title: Transport Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Chesham (Field-Based / Mobile Role)

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transport Refrigeration Engineer to join our team in Chesham. This is a mobile role requiring regular travel to customer sites, focused on the maintenance and repair of transport refrigeration units.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units on vans, trucks, and trailers
Work with a range of systems including Thermo King units
Carry out regular servicing to ensure equipment runs efficiently
Maintain detailed service records and reports
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and F-Gas requirements
Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when necessary
Represent the company professionally at customer locations
Requirements:
F-Gas Certification (essential)
City & Guilds
Proven experience working with Thermo King refrigeration systems
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Excellent communication and customer service skills
