- Being accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, by offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers.
- Ensuring all processes and standards are met in line with FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence in line with manufacturer standards.
- Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver the same level of excellence throughout their respective teams.
- Lead from the front on all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care.
- Recruit, develop and retain talented associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training and progression plans.
- Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies and procedures to an exceptional level.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A proven top-performer at leadership level within the automotive sector, being driven by a passion for the industry.
- Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, with the ability to satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of ‘good financial repute’.
- Experienced in managing budgets and leading high performing teams, dedicated to motivating and coaching your team to be the best they can be.
- Customer orientated with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
