MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, operating nationally with offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

Responsibilities- Reporting to and assisting the Payroll Manager with any tasks as instructed
- Maintain and update records including new starters, leavers, and changes to employee information
- Handle payroll-related enquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Produce reports and data as required
- Receive and coordinate requests for leave and other absences
- Audit staff information to ensure it is accurate and up to date
- Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, and all legislative timescales are adhered to
- Issue payslips, P45s, and P60s to employees
- Provide administrative services for pensions
- Be responsible for all administrative duties related to the tasks above including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum of 25 days
