Permanent - Full-time, 40 hours per week
What you’ll do:
- Provide excellent standards of customer service at every opportunity.
- Develop product knowledge through storytelling and ensuring great customer service skills.
- Participate in, and represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to the team for improvements in the boutique performance.
- Demonstrate a constant awareness and strive to achieve key performance indicators and targets.
- Ensure merchandise presentation reflects VM standards and the general cleanliness of the boutique.
- Maintain your own client database ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and sharing solutions with the store management.
- Play an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
- Participate and support the team in stock takes as and when required.
- Support the Management Team with managing the day-to-day operations. This includes customer relationships, store administration, stock management and visual merchandising.
