We are seeking a proactive Estates Officer / Assistant Site & Facilities Manager to oversee site operations and infrastructure across the North West area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage both planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring efficient site functioning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee maintenance works, managing contractors and budgets.
  • Maintain and enhance critical infrastructure.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and authorities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on site development projects.

About You:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in estate management and minor works oversight.
  • Land management/land works experience.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety practices.
  • Experience with brownfield sites.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
