ExCeL London, the home of world leading events, is enjoying a period of significant growth and is set to become Europe's largest connected convention centre with the opening of a new extension in Autumn 2024, increasing capacity by 25%. Purpose of the role: To support the provision of legendary experiences to our guests through the design and implementation of training initiatives which are both aligned to mandatory legal requirements and strategic context set by the Training Manager. To train and upskill individuals in the business to ensure high standards are being achieved and service results are being improved. To foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and organising creative events. To bring CARE to life within our business and embed CARE culture in everything we do.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to a customer-facing operational role.
  • Preferably has had prior experience in managing a Learning Management Platform.
  • Exposure in supporting the delivery of a training session or organising an employee engagement activity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to motivate others and collaborate effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Strong planning skills and forward-looking approach.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Being innovative and able to offer new ideas.
