Job Description:
- Detailed review of the Forge-Rock deployment strategy, infrastructure, configured user journeys, DevOps pipelines & strategy, monitoring capabilities, configuration & customisation, and application integration patterns.
- Review recent RCA's and Incident tickets related to the Forge-Rock environment.
- Document and prioritise Forge-Rock deployment challenges and develop remediation approach with prioritisation or recommendations.
- Identification of any infrastructure, development, etc. dependencies needed by for the remediation effort.
- High Level review of the Organisational / Operational approach to managing the Forge-Rock Platform.
- Comprehensive review of the expertise of the existing support team.
- Review SDLC for deploying and maintaining code in the Forge-Rock environment.
