Job Description:

  • Detailed review of the Forge-Rock deployment strategy, infrastructure, configured user journeys, DevOps pipelines & strategy, monitoring capabilities, configuration & customisation, and application integration patterns.
  • Review recent RCA's and Incident tickets related to the Forge-Rock environment.
  • Document and prioritise Forge-Rock deployment challenges and develop remediation approach with prioritisation or recommendations.
  • Identification of any infrastructure, development, etc. dependencies needed by for the remediation effort.
  • High Level review of the Organisational / Operational approach to managing the Forge-Rock Platform.
  • Comprehensive review of the expertise of the existing support team.
  • Review SDLC for deploying and maintaining code in the Forge-Rock environment.
