We’re looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our team and spearhead revenue growth initially through strategic business partnerships, sponsorships, and matchday hospitality opportunities. Your Role & Responsibilities As CCO, you’ll report directly to the Group CEO and take lead of driving revenue and growth. Your initial remit will include: · Strategic Partnerships: Identifying, negotiating, and delivering high-impact business partnerships that align with our vision. · Sponsorship Growth: Creating innovative sponsorship strategies to maximise brand collaborations and value. · Matchday Hospitality Excellence: Enhancing matchday revenue and experiences through appropriate premium hospitality packages, increasing premium fan engagement, guest experience and profitability. You will: · Drive and lead all commercial and business growth profitability. · Develop and execute innovative revenue-generation strategies across multiple streams. · Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional results, both in hospitality and revenue. · Work closely with the Group CEO and staff across the business to explore and optimise all revenue opportunities. · Be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets and driving commercial success. · Confident to attend networking events, building a rapport and revenue opportunities with key stakeholders both regionally, nationally and internationally. About You You are a can-do, solution-focused professional who: · Has a proven track record in driving revenue growth through partnerships, sponsorships, and hospitality strategies within a football or professional sporting environment. · Thinks strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities and solve complex challenges. · Excels in a high-performance workplace, maintaining high standards and attention to detail while working at pace. · Brings strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating teams and delivering results. · Combines innovation with focus, ensuring smart, scalable, and sustainable outcomes. · Knowledge of the local area and businesses.
