Contracts Manager

DUTIES
* Support senior management with contracts, looking at ways to maximise value and efficiencies.
* Reviewing complex and lucrative contracts, providing technical guidance on best practice.
* Identify commercial skills gaps in contractual understanding with the senior management team, introducing external training to support this.

PERSON
* Contracts Manager, who has experience negotiating contracts, dealing with dispute resolution and financial risk
* Review and analyse a contract, providing guidance on how to increase efficiencies and maximise value.
