The Consulting team at JLL offers broad exposure to a wide range of specializations within the corporate real estate sector working with top clients throughout EMEA. Role Purpose: As a Director/Sr. Director in our EMEA Consulting Team, you will lead and deliver strategic advisory services to help our clients optimize their real estate portfolios, transform their workplaces, and achieve their business objectives. You will work with a diverse range of clients across industries, providing innovative solutions that drive value, enhance productivity, and support organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies aligned with clients' business goals. Analyse complex data sets to generate insights and recommendations. Create compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions. Advise on portfolio optimization, location strategy, and workplace transformation.
- Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale consulting engagements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Collaborate with other JLL business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Present findings and recommendations to C-suite and board-level audiences. Identify and pursue opportunities for expanded client engagements.
- Business Development & Sales: Contribute to the growth of consulting practice through thought leadership and innovation. Participate in proposal development and pitch presentations. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Support the development of new service offerings and methodologies.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach junior team members. Contribute to the professional development of the consulting team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, real estate advisory, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
- Experience in one or more specialty areas such as portfolio strategy, workplace transformation, location advisory, or operational excellence.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or relevant professional qualification/memberships (MRICS, CCIM, MIWFM, FMP, QPCR) preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
